Two women on the run mixed with contemplative sequences of the Australian landscape. A fantastic mix of pace and style. A feminist piece produced by feminist men and women. The characters are going through an inner growth throughout the series. It’s wonderful to watch how they become more and more authentic and shed layers of themselves that are not life affirming. I wish I could shed some of those layers by just watching this series!
